I am rejecting this response because the company does not address the fact that they sold me "JUNK"The company is well aware that we discussed the warrantyAt the time of purchase, I did buy a more comprehensive warranty via ***However the issues with the vehicle where long-term and preexisting, the warranty would not pay for them (over $7000)The actions of this company with deceptive and misleadingThey were well aware of these issues and willfully concealed themTHAT'S A FACTA company that conduct business this deceptively should not be promoted by *** as a respectable business and allowed to use the *** reputation to take advantage of unsuspecting service members and their familiesWhile the company may not have broken any laws, their practices are highly unethical and they should be held accountable

This response letter contains all signed documents which has been signed by the customer at the time of delivery of the vehicle as well as (customer delivery agreement and accepted conditions confirmation) which he has agreed to at the time of sale and you can see his signatures and initials at all
off our disclaimers.We at Prestige Certified Motors value each and every one of our customers, during the time of purchase, customer was informed about the option of warranty as well as extended warranty which he did not take advantage of and accept the vehicle being sold to him (AS/IS)In addition to that, according to the document (customer delivery agreement and accepted conditions confirmation) signed by the customer and initialed on section number 4), it clearly states that the customer ((I have been offered and had an opportunity to test drive the vehicle described aboveadditionally, I have been offered and had the opportunity to have the vehicle described above inspected by a mechanic of my choiceI have inspected the vehicle described above and have also concluded that it is in satisfactory condition prior to delivery, free of any reasonably visible defects except as listed below.))In regards to customer's concern about the *** history which he has stated being manipulated or altered in any events, all the information on *** history remains the same as well as showing the customer the third owner of this vehicle as you can see it on today's copy which has been provided to you in addition of other documentsPlease let us know what have we manipulated or altered on *** and what have not informed the customer in regards to the vehicle listed aboveAfter he waived all his rights and not accepting our extended third party warranty which was available for him at the time of sale.AFTER ALL BEING SAID, WE STILL LIKE TO OFFER THIS CUSTOMER OUR ACCESS TO WHOLESALE PART AND LABOR DISCOUNTED RATE WHICH NO ONE CAN COMPETE IN ENTIRE BELTWAY OF ONLY IF HE IS WILLING ?? ???? ?DDV????G? ?F

I wanted to let you know that last Thursday I went to the dealership and Temor immediately (no waiting) had a technician look at the vehicle and check it for coolant.  Apparently the compressor had been replaced before delivery of the vehicle to me as represented.  It was very low on...

coolant, so it was appropriately charged.  From what I could gather, there was a conversion problem from English to metric with the original technician (PSI to kPa).  This is a German car.  A gaseous dye was added, in the event any leaks should manifest themselves.As of today, a week later, so far, so good.  I think this matter was handled professionally.  I have no reason to doubt the manager's representation that he did not receive my three telephone messages from the person answering the phone.  He did respond to my first, rather direct and firm, email, in a firm and direct, but entirely professional, way, and did offer to resolve the issue in a timely manner.  The issue was resolved.  I would do business with this firm again.Please do not let my complaint adversely affect this business in any way.  Rather, it should serve as a positive recommendation.Thank you for your help.John F[redacted]
