Aside from the noise when putting the foot rest up there is also the awful jerking and throwing one's head forward when putting the recliner downI have to hold my neck when putting the recliner in a down positionNow isn't that a stupid way to live
I am going to take a video of the recliners and I will send a copy to Kurt Darrow, President of La-Z-Boy and Erica H., Comfort Care Representative at La-Z-Boy for them to see how awful these recliners are
