I am rejecting this response because:Per our mutual agreement, once NOVA Installations picks up the 13 windows and 1 storm door on Thursday, June 8 and refunds me the full amount of $5600 by certified check and also pay to have my A/C unit repaired, all pending cases with Revdex.com and [redacted] will be closed out. [redacted] has been made aware of our mutual agreement so they know once the windows are picked up and the refund is issued for $5600 and payment is made for the A/C repair, I will update them and let them know so the case can be closed out on my end. So far, NOVA Installations has not picked up the 13 windows and 1 storm door nor issued the refund for the items and repair. If you would like a second estimate, please let me know when you'd like the technician to come by so that I can be home. That would help facilitate the closure and provide the total refund amount. We now have a set date for pick-up and payment and I look forward to final closure next week, June 8. At this point, it is really a matter of picking up the items and issuing the refund for both the items and A/C repair on June 8. We are very close to closure. The sooner the better. Thank you.
