I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me

Just wanted to let someone know that while the complaint has not been resolved, the dealership sent a check to cover just the second temporary tagThere has been no correspondence between usThe check was for $which reduces the outstanding balance owed by the dealership to us to$ Thank you for your assistance throughout this matter.--?

I have attached the documents from the deal where Hatfield VW agreed to pay the remaining lease payments/mileageThe Add and Removal document has that only on it with the customers signatureNowhere on the document does it state that Hatfield VW will pay for any damage done to the vehicle while it was in the customers possessionThe next page is the Deal Recap document is where we set up exactly what was agreed upon per the signed documentThe last page is a check request where we sent a check for what was agreed upon in the dealIf we agreed to take care of any damage it would have been on the first document, and why would a customer sign off on a document that did not have what was agreed to? I have spoken with the sales associate and the desk manager that was on the deal and they have assured me that the damage to the car was not a part of the deal, if it was it would have been documented on Add and Removal Document

Mr [redacted] has not reached out to myself or my used car managerI would be happy to discuss his issue with him. Attached are Documents from his purchase. He purchased an powertrain warranty which would cover internally lubricated engine parts. It sounds like he has a clutch problem which is a maintenance item not covered under any warranty. Attached is the documents they customers signed for the warranty with their initials beside the powertrain box. The warranty documents they signed and the “we-owe” bill stating we owe them nothing.I would be happy to help Mr [redacted] I have called and e-mailed him today. The customer had opted out of recieving emailsof the following types: Recall Notice and Service ReminderI dont know why only those were classified in the opt outI went into our CRM system and marked Do not email and Opt Out for all future communicationI apologize that Ms*** was
recieving emnails from my company when she wished not toI have addressed the concern and if Ms*** needs anything further she can contact the General Manager Matt W***Thanks

Hatfield VW did not agree in writing to take care any damages to the vehicle, I would like to assist the customer and offer to provide years worth of Oil Change and tire rotation to the vehicle to resolve the situation

The file attached shows only the "remaining lease payments" instead of "remaining lease payments and charges for mileage" so it cannot be used as evidence indicating that I was clearly informed what type of charges is included in the number on the second pageAlso, I am very affirmative that the sales associate told me that the number included the damage for the car

This is not what I wantMy lawyer will take it from here

that we good willed the customer after the purchaseI am willing to let the customer bring the car in for us to reset the oil light and re-inspect the vehicleIf there is damage to the car we may have caused while performing the repairs I am inclined to consider repairing those issues at no cost to the customerSince it has been months since the car was purchased I will not repair any wear and tear item or any regular maintenance that the car needsAs far as communication or any lack thereof by my associates I apologize and that will be addressedWe appreciate our customers and do our very best to accommodate them in any way we can within reasonMs*** can contact me directly to schedule the appointmentThanks Matt W*** General Manager Hatfield Volkswagen###-###-#### Direct ###-###-#### Cell ***

I'm not showing that Mr*** turned his car in to us and if he still has a loan on it he will be required to let *** (lender where car was financed through) if he decides he doesn't want the carIf he still has it we would look to try and trade him out of the carEven though it
had miles when the vehicle was sold based on the service notes we can't determine if it was because of how the car was being drivenWe would be wiling to try and trade him out of the car if he wishes
