Construction work quality was very poor overall; cut many corners and used cheap materials. 3 months after installation, 2 doors they installed broke at the hinges. The doors were prepped and cut incorrectly.
Shelves were installed un-level. In addition, the carpentry was poor so that the corners did not align. When this was brought to their attention, they used plaster to fill in the gaps and then plastered the shelves to wall instead of making an appropriately sized shelf.
Charged 3k for a cabinet build and install that was made of plywood where the shelves don't hold the weight because the wood is too soft. Also made plywood doors with cut edges showing.
Left the job without completion of punch list.
Did not protect the house - damaged wood floors, walls and furniture. Did not partition off work areas in plastic so very messy.
Overall, horrible experience that cost us a lot of money to correct. Only received $1000 back from Hathaway, which nowhere near covered the cost to repair the work.
