First off, it's incredible that you completely ignore all phone calls, messages and emails from us yet when the Revdex.com gets involved you respond almost instantly.
I am clearly rejecting this "response" because once again you ignore all of my issues listed. Your time frame for completion was September 15, 2016.... you did not meet that. We gave you an extension until November 2016 to finish, which you promised you could do, you wanted to delay again until March 2017. As mentioned several times, we cannot keep having our project delayed due to no housing options here in Yellowstone. Furthermore, you have not started ANY of the processes to even give utility hook ups, and you still failed to provide any proof you started our project. You said you would prove to me you did in fact at least start our project with floor plans, factory orders etc... and you still did not contact me. Shocker. It has been over two weeks since I have heard from you, and looking at the other complaints on here it is evident you do this to a lot of people.
We had a deal. You did not deliver. All I wanted was to peacefully walk away and get our deposit back, but instead you choose to blame everyone else including the factory, your staff and us (for whatever reason). You have never apologized for leaving us without a home or for your rude and unprofessional behavior the last time we did talk. It is clear we are going to have to take this to the next level in court and with the Attorney General in Idaho.Just know, you reep what you sew in life. You tried to take take money, which by the way took us a long time to save, from honest hard working people who trusted you with builidng their home. I don't understand people like you.
Greg cannot recall being contacted by the [redacted]. We do have them on the call back list now that we are aware, and will definitely get to their home for the necessary adjustments and repairs.
doors and windows would be a Champion warranty item..Hathaway Homes did not manufacture the home and Champion can send a service tech to help you..please call Champion directly to schedule with them so that you can be there and home is open..If you need me to call I would more than happy to do...
so, but would need to know what time works for you..Also have the manufacturer look at texture issues you might have...thanks
Customer purchased a land/home from Hathaways..I notified the [redacted] about time frame for completion..I offered many things including land purchase and home and infrastructure as well as utility hookups..Down payment will not be returned if they choose to cancel.
We sent [redacted] to this home twice, and no one answered the door. We have also has another contractor there several times to address the issues that were Hathaway Homes responsibility. The closets were built by the factory not Hathaway Homes Group, so it is the factories warranty that...
is responsible for the repairs. The factory has been contacted to let them know that this needs to be addressed. [redacted] hired a [redacted] contractor to fix the ceiling and we agreed to pay the invoice. In the correspondence [redacted] sent to [redacted], she stated the home had been rented. This may effect the factory warranty.
We have tried several times, leaving several messages, trying to schedule a time for us to complete the set up of her home. We have gotten no response back from her. We were wondering why she didn't want us to finish the job.

According to information received from the manufacturer, the home is NOT in the process of being built as indicated in the response from Hathaway Homes Group. Champion Home Builders (the manufacturer), has stated that the home will go into production on January 20, 2016. Both Hathaway Homes Group and Champion Home Builders have provided multiple "scheduled production dates" beginning on November 15, 2016 all of which have not occurred.Sincerely,[redacted]

Also I have all documentation that proves they altered my original home plan. There are still several things that need to be completed. I will fax all documentation if requested. We have had contractors out to their home working on getting all the issues fixed. We will be sending another one out next week. I have been in contact with Mrs. [redacted] to keep her up to date with the scheduled time of the contractors coming.
On our "Notice of Things To Do and Responsibilities of Purchaser" agreement, line 22 states: As purchaser, you are responsible to notify Hathaway Homes Group for all callback repairs to fix tape and texture cracks with in 12 months of occupancy.
If we would have known they were having issues...
with their home settling causing cracks, we would have already sent someone to fix it. We have no other way of knowing when customers have problems.
