My son ordered a hat from this website back in October of 2012. He never received the hat, yet the money was deducted from his account. The order continues to show it is still being processed. He never received an email saying it was being shipped. We have tried to contact this company since October, with no response. When we call the number on the website, it is a pre-recorded message and I have left messages with no response. The toll free number on the site is missing a digit. I have attempted to send emails to the email addresses but I keep getting the emails back. The email addresses are no good. We even went through our bank to file a dispute and there was never a response. I even looked up the verify sign on the website through Volusion, I called and explained the situation but they couldn't help. They said to contact Revdex.com. We have the receipt printed out from his payment & it is on the website when we pull up his account. I also attempted to figure out the missing digit but to no avail. The # is [redacted]. That is all the toll free number shows on the website.
