Review: A new roof was installed in April 2004 after removing all old shingles. The warranty includes 50 years on shingles and 12 years on labor. We are having a leak in the attic from the roof and have called 4 times. One called was answered and then when I started to speak, they hung up. No one has called back to say they received the message or anything. I feel they are avoiding their obligation to service this.Desired Settlement: I would like them to find the leak and repair it. This is running into my living room ceiling and will need repair before anything major breaks. It is also leaking near wiring and I am concerned that it be fixed asap. Thank you kindly.
