Tell us why here Mr [redacted] "ordered" the coil for his unit on May 23, We got him the coil the very next day May 24th which he came in and picked up On the same day as that part pick up he ordered a cap -noise suppress, which we ordered for him, he then also ordered a Diode for the same unit on the same date The parts came in on May 27, Customer came in on May 31, and decided he did not want the cap-noise suppress but wanted the diode He was trouble shooting the units problem and was ordering what he thought might be the problem All of our invoices state "no return on electrical parts"We have a sign in our store also at the parts counter stating the sameThe companies do not allow returns on any electrical parts, especially after it has been installed This is because of numerous reasons Mr [redacted] came in around June 13th or 14th wanting to return the coil, three weeks later We told him the policy of no electrical parts returns and he became very nasty He used nasty language to the employees and in front of customers We are very sorry he feels the way he does but that is the policy on "electrical parts Thank you
