This shipment was booked May 25th but was actually quoted an estimated shipping timeframe as about 2-14 days out for pickup and about 3 weeks later for delivery which is the same information that was emailed in shipping updates throughout the shipping process reconfirming that same information. This...

shipment was still delivered later than the estimated timeframe quoted by 10 days and while the timeframes are estimates our goal is still to deliver faster or at least within that timeframe provided at booking. This shipment could receive a price adjustment for the delay if one was requested so I will reach out to the customer and the receiving party to see if the credit can be given to the receiving party since the complaint is coming from the receiving party and not our customer who booked and paid for the shipment with us.

I reviewed the shipment Order # P84421 and while the websitedoes state that the overall average shipping timeframe is about 28 days that isan average and depending on demand and driver availability that will affect theactual shipping timeframe which is why we provide an estimated shippingtimeframe...

to each customer when we receive a shipping contract to provide thecustomer with the most accurate timeframe based off of the availability at thetime of booking. This shipment was quoted with an estimated shipping timeframeas about 2-14 days out for pickup and about 3-4 weeks later for delivery whichgave this shipment an anticipated deliver by date as Oct. 2nd .These timeframe are strictly estimates as stated in the shipping contract assometimes things which are completely out of our control happen to cause delayssuch as weather or mechanical issues. While the customer may not agree with ourshipping process or zone routes we do not have a zone route that runs from Vegasto Washington as displayed on our website as well which is why the shipment wasalso quoted with the timeframe that it received as it would need to go to ourYork warehouse to leave out with the proper zone driver for delivery. Thecustomers bike is currently on a truck making his way to the delivery destinationand is expected to arrive Oct. 15-17. This shipment did take longer than we originallyestimated so we would offer a price adjusted once this delivered for the delayand any inconvenience. Price adjustments are processed after delivery as theamount refunded depends on the actual shipping timeframe that we are over theestimated timeframe that was quoted and that can’t be determined until the bikehas delivered.  Thanks!

Reviewed the shipping order and there was a mix up in date entry within the updates sent to the customer and the CSR immediately followed with a corrected update acknowledging that she sent the wrong information and apologized for that error. This was schedule to pickup on two different occasions...

and both were unsuccessful due to being advised on the first attempt that they had company and didn't want to take care of it that day, the second attempt it was being insisted that we come down a dead-end/cul-de-sac in which we can't do due to the size of our semi's which is listed as restrictions in the contract and verbally gone over and confirmed at the address verification stage. The order was ultimately cancelled Sept. 8th as we were informed that they found a shipper that could direct deliver and the cancellation process can take about 7-10 business days. The cancellation went through and the refund was processed Sept. 14th which was 6 days later. Thanks!

I apologize for the disappointment you received with our services, including your Customer Service Representative.  I am showing a delivery date of 9/10, in which would mean that we were 7 days late from the estimate given at the time of booking.  Original timeframe at booking was 2-10...

days for pick-up and 1-2 weeks after pick up for delivery.  The booking price did not include any fees for residential pick-up or delivery as we were running a flat rate booking price of $450.  Your shipment was over our normal spot size, in which you were charged an additional $195 for a total of $645.  You came into our warehouse to pick up your bike, in which the refund of $6.45 was issued.  For the inconvenience of our lateness for pick-up and delivery of your bike, we offer you a credit of $150.
