[redacted], Our website has a coupon code of "79save". It is clear that this coupon of for "Curbside and First Floor Appliance Removals".When the customer called to complain, she was under the impression that the "79save" code meant that we would subtract $79 from her total. Our website...

coupons have not changed in a while, and this particular deal has not changed. The only other coupon that she could have used from our website was code "10off". That coupon is to save $10 off any junk removal.We price your pickup on how much space that we think it will take up in our truck in the condition that you present it to us. Pricing is agreed upon PRIOR to us starting any work. Our process is transparent, and we never come back at the end of the job and add cost based on our errors. We gave this customer an UPFRONT price that she agreed to. If the customer did not think that the price was fair, then she was under no obligation to use our service as we do not charge the customer to quote the price for removal. It seems as though there was no problem with pricing or our process until she realized that we would not be able honor the customers version of our coupon (by not subtracting $79 from her total) that seems to have been misread.We explained that to her and attempted to show her where her error lies to no avail.Our advertising spells everything out clearly as to what qualifies for a discount and what doesn't.
