The poor miserable old man (owner) "[redacted]" no last name, was one of the rudest and nastiest men I've ever encountered. He is rude to women and I had to call 4 times to get the information I needed to get the car out because he yelled at me and hung up on me 4 times.
I proceeded to deal with him pleasantly and politely and continued to be treated nastily.
He said on the line he opened at 9am but his signage says 8am. He called me a nasty name and while I understand the owner of a tow yard is probably pretty [redacted], it's a shame that he treats people so poorly.
It also appears that "[redacted]" lives on the property of the tow yard. Is that allowed in Miami Dade County??
He also has signage that says it is a "police" impound lot. Is that allowed without proper, visual signage?
