While this company is very inexpensiveyou get what you pay forI had to file a claim and done everything I was ask in a very timely mannerThis company lied numerous times about contacts they were making and when my claim would be finalIt took almost two monthsBefore I received any paperwork they hassled me over a rental car which would have left me with no transportation to my jobThe claims adjuster was rude and downright meanMy banker also complained about this manHe was condescending and beyond hatefulI do NOT recommend this company to anybody

I have been with Haulers Insurance Company for 10+ years and have had only excellent service. I have had 1 settled claim and I have one pending claim. Their rates are the best that I have found. Another thumbs up for them is the Body Shop that I use reports that they have been the easiest insurance company to negotiate with on their side of the business.

My name is [redacted] and I live in Athens AL and Haulers insurance is the insurance company for one of their drivers that ran a red light and hit my vehicle and it has been determined totaled by the 2 estimates I got.Now my insurance company is going after them after numerous phone calls and emails have gone unanswered by Haulers Ins,Now this has been 36 days with no response from them and has caused me not to have a vehicle to drive and caused great mental anguish on me.So I am forced to hire an attorney next week to sue them for my vehicle and mental anguish,this is a very shady insurance company and would not do business with them.
