just slow to the customers responses. I just emailed the customer today asking if his trailer was ready for pick up as I was now handling this to ensure his complaint gets resolved. I do agree it has taken too long. As soon as he responds with trailer availability we will be getting this arranged to bring back to the factory for repairs.
