Regrading Order #: [redacted], the vehicle was verified as "paid and ready to go" by the auction after 12pm EST on 10/31, meaning that per our contract the 1-4 business day pick up window for this vehicle ended on 11/6/2017. Since we did pick it up on 11/7, we are responsible for reimbursing you $20 in storage for the day late pick up. In terms of Order #: [redacted] the vehicle was verified as "paid and ready to go" by the auction before 12pm EST on 7/27, meaning that per our contract the 1-4 business day pick up window for this vehicle ended on 8/1/2017. Since we did pick it up on 8/3, we are responsible for reimbursing you $20 in storage for the two day late pick up. In total we are responsible for reimbursing the customer $60 in late pick up costs. However, given the great volume of vehicles which we transport on a daily basis, it is the customer's responsibility to bring late storage reimbursements to the attention of the customer services representatives. If the customer agrees to send us the receipts for these storage payments we will be able to reimburse them these costs in a timely manner.
