Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.] Regards, [redacted] I went through the Haunted Mansion with my family at a very slow pace in order to try and get the full effect for my childrenEven with taking our time at each so called attraction in the Mansion it only took us minutesWe definitely did not run through because we are scaredI understand it is not a high quality mansion and people are not jumping out at you to scare youIf this was the case I would understand them stating it takes some people shorter distances because they are running through the mansion scaredEven while taking our time there is no way that it would have been a total of a minimum of ten minutes as stated by the cashierWhen we had finished the tour you could clearly see my disappointment and I even stated my disappointment out loudly but the cashier obviously did not care that we were disappointedI did not see any signs in the establishment that stated all sales are final and it is not clearly stated on the receipt that all sales are finalI am still requesting a full refund for our visit
