MrsR [redacted] knowingly and willingly sold me a lemon lease of a location and from the very start I requested that either a lot of issues had to be resolved or she had to release me from the lease as I could see within a month that it'll be an uphill battle to even survive in this problematic location latter I found out from the previous tenant that MrsR [redacted] had lied and deceived him the same way causing him to literally loose his shirt while renting in the same location for starters she refuses to post none smoking signs and therefore I'm literally sick from smoke in my store everyday both from tourists and mostly from local restaurant workers and surrounding neighbors chain smoking the ramp that supposed to be front of restaurant is located front of my business and therefore ten's of delivery trucks unload food on daily basis and smoke from their running engine fills my store causing me headaches the place is dark and spooky at nights and I have been approached by thieve

Thank you for giving me the opportunity to response to the complaint you receive from *** ***.This has been uphill battle with this tenantWe have amend ment of lease dated March 10,This amendment was for his request to reduce his monthly rent per month for the period April
1,- May 31,In lieu of the rent reduction amounting of 6,000, he forfeited his security deposit of His lease ends May 3,2016, therefore, he is obligated for the terms of his lease agreement ( which he sign free willing) until then.In response to the smoking issueWe have signs throughout the Mall, that states there is no smoking prohibited by lawWe do enforce the smoking law.He also stated that he was approach by thieves and robbers and there has been fighting and so on, but there was no police report made by him for this incidentsNo one has try to set or has our office been on fire.We do have security on premise every night and we also have live cameras throughout the Mall.We response to all his complaints and emails on a timely manner, it is not our nature to ignore anyone or anythingWe do expect all tenants (70% of the tenants have been with us for over yea rs) to carry out the terms of their lease, if not, it may turn into a legal matter for the court to decide.To say that I have lied, deceive and tea call me charlatan, heartless shark is or could be slander and libel of character
