This is the second used car I have bought from Ron Haus Auto Group and so far, I can say this experience has been as successful and rewarding as the first. I went back because everybody at Ron Haus took great care of me the first time around and even long after purchasing my first vehicle from them. So far, this second time, I worked with [redacted] and he was very professional but mostly personable and friendly. From the beginning, he took all of the guesswork out of the purchase and was completely helpful and up front with regards to every detail. He was very thorough and he has since followed up with me regarding my purchase and if there is anything else he can do for me. I recommend Ron Haus Auto Group to those looking and once you take that step, ask for [redacted].

I bought a Tahoe and Jerry was the sales man . He was not pushy and respected my opinion . The sale went smooth. I was disappointed in the detail and cleaning of the truck . I was told it would be cleaned and the inside was not and they even left the pervious inspection stickers on the windshield .

Buying a used car is always a stress and I'm sure everyone knows the reasons. Haus Auto Group showed me buying a car can be easy and fun. No hype, high pressure, or endless hours spent waiting for a bottom line deal. I saw the car I wanted, presented a fair offer and had no hassle. There were a few items on the car that needed repair or checked and every concern I had was repaired with genuine factory parts. They far exceeded my expectations. The salesman, finance, prep and detail employees all went out of their way to show their care for me and my purchase. I actually left without that haunting feeling that I had just made a mistake. The whole staff down at Haus Auto Group are great! Truly friendly and really accommodating to the needs and wants of the customer. Including [redacted] who personally worked out an issue for me. [redacted] was the main one to take care of me. He did an excellent job, no pressure, no hassles, and was truly concerned about working things out the way I needed them to be. Not like the way most dealers and salesmen want them to be. I traded in the first car I bought from Haus Auto, a 2009 Chevy Malibu LS (which had a principal higher than trade in value). He got me out of my old car and into exactly what I have been looking for and wanted for a long time now, a 2009 Saturn Outlook XR. My only concern was that this vehicle had leather and a tow package, however, this one was fully loaded! EVEN BETTER and boy am I happy! The best part is nothing was carried over from the old principal onto the new loan! A fresh start on a new vehicle! On top of that [redacted] and [redacted] (Finance Dept.) almost got the payment around where I needed them to be. Very close to my old payment on a vehicle more expensive by far, impressive! Like the title states, this is a place that WILL work with what you WANT! If you are looking for a new vehicle, I would suggest skipping all the "big time" dealerships where they treat you like a second class citizen and head over to Haus Auto Group!! They will really take care of you!!
