*** voicemail needing emergency work.I immediately called *** *** back and came over for an emergency after hours weekend dispatch call of $dollarsWhen I arrived around 6:30pm, I noticed a medium sized hackberry tree split and in danger of hitting the home.At no such time did I ever have any communication with *** *** about the work being completed on the property*** was out of town and I talked only with his wife ***.The job we agreed upon was an emergency job to put the tree safely on the ground that night because more storms were coming overnightI explained that we would not cut anything up or haul anything away, per contractI offered to remove the tree the next day but she did not want to pay more, she wanted her husband to remove the tree himself.I went to go get more tools out of a couple other trucks at a sub division we were doing homes at, about miles awayI returned and performed the dangerous task of putting the tree safely on the groundThe roof was very hot and the tree was split and in danger of falling on me and the house*** gave me lots of cold water, I performed the task solo with no help because *** insisted she must have that tree on the ground that night, so her and her sons can feel safe.When work was completed around 8:30pm, *** *** paid me and was happy that her and her family were safe thanks to the services performed by Johnson County Tree.I received a call from *** *** awhile time later, I thought he called to thank me, but instead he told me that I need to come back over and cut the stump lowerI told him more work, more moneyI explained that the job performed was to just put the tree on the ground, not for aesthetics*** was upset with how high the stump is, and the cut of the stumpThis is the stump not the tree.I answered the complaint, and I got questions for you ***. I NEVER performed work for *** *** or had any communication with him on this jobI provided a copy of the invoice with *** *** name and contact infoShe was the customer and I am answering a complaint on a man that I never did work for or talked toThe complaint is about how the stump was cut, no stump grinding/ removal service was providedThe only service that was provided was for *** *** to do an emergency tree removal and that work was performed and she paid me for it.Thanks *** for hearing my side of the storyI almost felt like replying and writing that *** *** is not a customerHe was not present when the work was done, did not talk to me on the phone, and did not pay meI understand he is the husband but this is the same scenario of a woman getting her hair done and her husband is filing a complaint on her behalfAll work was through *** ***.
