This complaint should not be closed. He did the electric without a permit. He told me he went to the City of Overland today and they are closed for the holiday. There is no permit for electrical. I need him to fix the 2 holes in my kitchen. There was no reason for him to put holes in my kitchen.

I just called the city of overland, and they said 100% [redacted] did not take out a permit on my house to do the electric work. The work is invalid without him taking out a permit. He did work on my house without a permit. Without the permit her can not get me electrical certification.
