Review: I purchased an item online. When I received the item, I found that it was too small, so I immediately submitted an a refund request in order to receive a RMA to mail the item back on February *, 2015. I have not received any correspondence at all. I have emailed several times, and left several messages via telephone, but still have not received any response from the company.Desired Settlement: I would like to be provided with information in order to mail the item back and receive a refund.
