Ms [redacted] ordered her Haute Polish kit in February The very first time we heard from Ms [redacted] since ordering the product was months later on July 16, in which she demanded a refund for 6-bottles of polish she received in her club shipment stating they were chipped and brokenShe also informed the agent that she has already filed a Revdex.com complaint regarding the bottles prior to contacting usMs [redacted] has only received two month supply club shipments thus farInstead of charging the month supply at once, we split it up into charges of $plus S/H/PShe was informed that we cannot refund the first month supply club shipment that was delivered to her almost months ago in March of due to the timeframe she waited to notify usIf she would have called us in March when she received her first club shipment and reported the damaged bottles, we would have gladly assisted her with this matterWe did however make an exception and refunded the second month supply club shipment she recently received in June for a refund of what she has paid thus far of $22.11(please allow 3-business days for the refund to appear)The Haute Polish Club has been cancelled outNo further refunds will be issued

Please note that Ms [redacted] went to our online website on 10/19/and ordered our BOGO(Buy One Get One Free) Haute Polish Kit day trial for $followed by payment $if she keeps the system after the day trialAt time of order Ms [redacted] was also informed of the Haute Polish ClubShe was given the exact verbiage below and an email confirmation was also sent to [redacted] recapping her order on 10/19/13: “Starting days from your shipping date, you’ll receive a three month supply of colors that match your personality, every three months at the guaranteed low price of just $per month, which you may conveniently call to cancel at anytimeThere’s no commitment or minimum to buyTo customize this program or future shipments and charges, please call customer service“ Ms [redacted] also checked the Terms and Conditions box stating she has read, understands and accepts below is what was stated: It is extremely easy to fashion Nail Polish Club deliveries of your Haute Polish around your needsGet shipments of nail polish as you use it or when you want it by contacting one of our representatives at [redacted] Haute Polish Club offers the convenience of having the latest Nail Polish colors delivered to your doorstep in a timely and automatic mannerYou will receive your shades/ bottles as often as agreed We believe in full disclosure and will be more than happy to walk thru the online ordering process to confirm that the Haute Polish club information was disclosed to Ms [redacted] upfront We have no record of Ms [redacted] calling or leaving a voicemail to cancel out her Haute Polish Club unfortunatelyOur office hours are Monday-Friday between the hours of 8:30a-5:30p CST Our records indicate that Ms [redacted] has received two club shipments and the first three month supply of polishes charged and shipped on 12/5/Instead of charging the three month supply shipments upfront, we conveniently split it up into monthly paymentsAs a courtesy in good faith, we will make an exception and issue a refund for club shipment #($73.83), but will not be issuing a refund for club shipment #that was delivered to her in December Please allow 3-business days for the refund to appear back to the credit card on fileThe club is now cancelled out and there will be no further charges or shipments generated

Please note that a Seasons 90 day supply club shipment generated on 1/**/14 and was cancelled out and refunded before it shipped out. Please have customer check her Visa credit card ending in [redacted] for the $22.11 refund.

Per my previous response, the club charge amount of $22.11 will be the only amount refunded.
On 10/23/14 Ms. [redacted] went online and ordered a Buy One Get One Free Haute Polish System 30 day trial for $14.95 followed by 3 payments of $33 if she decides to keep the system past the 30 day trial. Ms. [redacted] kept the system past the 30 day trial period and this is why she was charged the 3 monthly payments of $33 and her account is now considered “paid in full”.
Per the terms and conditions she checked off on stating she has read, accepts and understands:
-A 30 day trial order becomes a final sale which is non-returnable and non-refundable once the 30 day in-home trial expires; and any future balance becomes payable as agreed at the time of order.
THE 30 DAY IN-HOME TRIAL GUARANTEE:
-Try the Haute Polish system for a complete 30 days starting the day it is delivered. If you are not completely satisfied with the results then return the product for a refund of purchase price less paid shipping and handling and initial trial cost before the 30 day period ends for all orders (including installment and full pay). Please review the Return policy for additional information. If you want additional Haute Polish shades you may contact the Haute Polish Care department for assistance by calling [redacted]

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  Although I must say the reasoning behind me not contacting the company for 2 months is as it is stated on there site that shipping can take 2-6 weeks. It also states that the 30 day trial starts from when you receive item, not place the order. The form was filled out and returned the day after first initial contact. I have received the refund for all except the first initial order of $19.91. I am still awaiting contact on where to return the polish that was sent.

her that regular shipping is 3-4 weeks and that these regular shipping weeks may vary during “high volume days” such as holidays by up to two weeks earlier or two weeks later than estimated. She was also informed that these are estimated good faith dates and may vary in accordance with the volume of orders and volume of product being shipped. We spoke to her regarding the shipping timeframes in December.
At time of order [redacted] was also informed of the Haute Polish Club. She was given the exact verbiage:
“Starting 30 days from your shipping date, you’ll receive a three month supply of colors that match your personality, every three months at the guaranteed low price of just $19.95 per month, which you may conveniently call to cancel at anytime. There’s no commitment or minimum to buy. To customize this program or future shipments and charges, please call customer service. “

[redacted] called to cancel out her club “after” it had already generated and shipped out. We have confirmation that she received the first 3 month supply club shipment (please reference [redacted] and she was only being charged for the 3 month supply she already had in her possession (please reference the 3 month supply charge dates below). Also, as a courtesy we voided out the remaining balance of $19.95 plus S/H/P ($23.93) for the 3 month supply shipment she has in her possession giving her a discount of $23.93. We would like to apologize for the confusion and will gladly explain the Haute Polish Club charges to [redacted] if she would like for us to give her a call. No refunds will be issued as the club was indeed cancelled out per her request and she was only being charged for the replenishment shipment in her possession.
