Havana Air - Tampa to Havana. on 04/17/2022 I went to Cuba in Havana Air, they left my equipage in Tampa , big issue for me, my family live in Camaguey 8 to 10 hours in bus my medication and others supplied the aero line left in Tampa, my son called and they sent the equipage on 04/18/2022 so I'm back to Havana, the cost for rent a car in Camaguey to Havana was so expensive but the more issue for me was my time 24 hours less with my family after several years I didn't see, My question, why? if I check in on time, and all my documentation was correct, why ? the Havana Air cause a big problem for customer , please review and I wish you don't have my bad experience with that aero line. On August my partner and I took a charter flight from Miami to Havana CubaThis was the most disappointed and stressful travel in my entire lifeThey have a network of corruption

We are allow to carry pounds to CubaLess than any regular airlineSecond they charge dollars just for carrying the check bag no matter the weightYou have to pay those dollarsIf you exceed the pound you will also pay dollars per pounds
The most uncommon thing in the worldThey counts the pounds in your carry on as part of the poundsThey will charge you for the pounds on the carry on that exceed the pounds counting the weight of your check bagThen pound is the maximum you are allowed including check bag, carry on and personal itemsTotally abusive considering that is an International flight
