In September 2014 we received a request for a [redacted]n birth certificate from the customer. We communicated regularly by email with the customer until November 2014. All of the information below is contained in an email conversation that we are happy to share at a Revdex.com request. We were told to search in...
the following places:[redacted] hospital in [redacted] Hospital and [redacted] HospitalWe expended much time and resources to visit these places in [redacted] to inquire about birth records. We were unable to locate any birth records for the customer. On November 24, 2014, we informed the customer that we have not been able to locate any records. On November 25 we were notified that customer will seek to obtain more information so we could continue our search and "will forward it to you once I have it". That is the last email correspondence. The next email we received from the customer was on May 4, 2015 and it reads:"We never heard from you after I gave you the other info we had. We understand if you didn't find anything even after that but my sister never received the money back that she was supposed to if your company didn't find anything. If you could please help me with rectifying this I would appreciate it."ENDIn our defense, we never heard back from the customer so we discontinued the search. We would have been happy to pick up the search again if customer was able to get more information to us. We will not be able to offer any future service to this customer due to incorrect information provided to us. In the past we had offered a partial refund but due to abuse of our services and lack of respect for the large amounts of time and resources we invest in our proprietary document retrieval service, we no longer offer any partial refund. However, I am willing to give the customer the requested $100 refund if the Revdex.com thinks such a refund is warranted. Thanks to the Revdex.com for providing this service and I am sorry that you have to handle these sorts of complaints.
