It is unfortunate that Mr. [redacted] lost the W-2G information that was provided to him for his taxes when he received his winnings. He has called and come in for duplicate information despite being notified that it is not ready. The information he is requesting is filed electronically...

I do know that he has spoken to [redacted], been told that the information has not been finalized and that she will call him once it is ready. No one here is putting him off. [redacted] has been working very hard to input this information into a format that can be provided to not only Mr. [redacted] but any other customer requesting duplicate W-2G information.
