- On 3/13/13 our company, [redacted], signed a binding contract with Cooper Pictorial Maps & Guides for advertising on Lake Havasu City maps being printed by Cooper Pictorial. We also paid in full in advance as is noted on the contract.- On 3/22/13 Cooper Pictorial mailed us a proof. We sent back changes on 3/25/13.- a couple of weeks later [redacted] of Cooper Pictorial came by the shop and we went over details.- That's the last we ever heard from Cooper Pictorial.- We discovered yesterday (6/4/13) that the maps have been distributed for almost a month and there is no advertising at all for [redacted] on the maps.- We called Cooper Pictorial (6/4/13) and were told that another company that signed after us didn't want our ad competing with their's and offered to buy a larger add if ours was deleted. Nothing was ever said to us at any point by Cooper Pictorial.-
