My children were being seen at Haven Behavioral Family Support Center of Colorado Springs from July, 2014-February, I have been receiving bills since then stating that I still owe themI have actually overpaid this companyMy wife, [redacted] ***, has been able to contact their TN office ONE time, in which, a lady by the name of [redacted] said she would look in to our accountNo one will answer the phone when we call nowMy wife contacted the billing department at the Colorado Springs office and spoke with a lady by the name of [redacted] who said she would look in to our accountWe are not receiving any answersNo one will contact us back nor will they answer the phoneI have had Tricare provide me with the explanation of benefits, I have my bank statements and I have all documentation proving I have overpaid
