This is in responce to the complaint filed on May 4, 2016. Mr. [redacted] and his mother Ms. [redacted] called our office to assist them with their court documents. They came to us with a Unlawful Detainer that had never been answered along with a...

Sheriff Lock Out sheduled for Feb 3. 2016. Legal department reached out to Mr. [redacted] in regards to the options that he had available to him and his mother on their case. After wards Mr. [redacted] and his mother failed to reponde to any calls from the office and we were unable to confirm any further facts for their file. Ms. [redacted] also canceled our services via email on Feb. 11, 2016. Our office and legal department tried numerous times to get a hold of Ms. [redacted] and or her son Mr. [redacted] to speak to them in regards to their file no calls were taken. They also failed to tell us they were already seeking help from another office and attorney as well. Any further questions and or documentation needed please feel free to contact me.

When I called back 30 days after Feb.2nd [redacted] told me she wanted to speak to [redacted] same evening [redacted] spoke to [redacted] and [redacted] told [redacted] that her([redacted]"s) legal team would contact [redacted] that same evening, but nobody called and 30 days after that I called them back and told them that I just wanted my money back they told me that [redacted] was going to call me back that same evening before 5pm but she never did.Now I dont know what kind of business thinks that they can take advantage of a family"s desperate situation but they know for a fact that they have no claim to the money they took because they did not earn it,they just thought we would just give up and not ask for it.
