I was very excited to move into this property after moving in and getting my family settled in problems started to come about and I have a lot a patients I have call and call over and over for work orders to b completedAfter wait from 6/9/someone came out here on Aug and the construction came and left his tool and others things to complete the job in my garage and never come back and its been two days...very poor communication and lies....this the worst company ever I will share to many people about this company dont use this company

DO NOT RENT ANY HOMES FROM HavenBrook Homes They are unprofessional They do not return phone calls They want to collect on rent, but when its time to fix a maintenance issues they don't They change property managers like they change shoes They are EXTREMELY disorganized If you rent from them you will regret itI have gone to court with them twice already and I've only been living in the home monthsThey are complete disorganized; from telling you they will take of simple paperwork issues, losing your rental checks (telling you they did not receive it), never making maintenance request and saying they did to having inoperable web services I have been trying to get a leak in the ceiling, sinks, weather stripping around the door and other minor things in the home fixed since SeptemberIts now January and they have made every excuse to delay my requestWhen it rains the leak/hole in the ceiling gets bigger and biggerSinks have been dripping water having me to retain a bucket beneath to catch the waterThe front door needs weather stripping around it, which they known about since day one and the back door won't even lock due to some issue its been having When I moved in I was told all my utilities were on, but needed them to be switched in my nameThis was not the case! I had a different gas company who I had to call and make arrangements to have come out for connectionSince I couldn't stay in the home for 8-daysOne property manager was to make arrangements so I didn't have to pay those 8-days due to there being no hot water in the homeKeep in mind that my 15-year old nephew was living with me at the timeHis mother had passed and I made it an obligation to take care of him for a whileThat still has not been corrected leaving me to pay for days I did not stay in the home, but this was there screw up and I paid for itThey took no responsibility, and no sympathy for my nephew I tired paying my rent on-line so I would not have to spend money on a snapI go on-line and the website is having issuesI called to get them to straighten it out because it also had someone else name attached to the address where I am living and all they can tell me is that they are sorry, but the internet is having programsNot that they were working hard to resolve itALL THEY WANT IS THE MONEY FOR THE RENT! I don't want anybody to have to go through the issues I've gone throughTheir management services sucks and they are non-responsiveThey tell you that some vendor to do maintenance will call me to arrange a time to come out, but maintenance vendors never called meLeaving me to believe that a work order was never placed given I have made the request to have these things fixed more than 5-timesALL THEY WANT IS THE MONEY FOR THE RENT! One week you are dealing with one property manager and three weeks later you are with another managerThis makes it very hard to get things done when you've been told something by one person and they don't communicate it to the right people nor makes notes that they've had a particular agreement/discussion with youAs I read through the other complaints and issues I realize it is not me! The issues/concerns are real and correlate to my ownIn addition, when I went to court (both times) HavenBrook Homes had more people in court that any other company/landlordI spoke to one lady and her story was SO very similarThis behavior shows that the company lack in many areas, which is why I'm warning you the public As a Christian and true man of GodI do not think God designed for His people to go through these types of situationsI urge you to make arrangements to fix your finances and STOP renting (as I am doing)Get in a position to by your own home so that you don't have to answer to anyoneI hope this helps somebody make a wise decision and also hope that the Revdex.com reaches out to me to show that I am not making this up and so this company HavenBrook Homes are not allowed to keep taking people through unnecessary stress

I've been working with Havenbrook homes for the past two-three years as a vendor/contractor and have worked with several Havenbrook employees My exprience working with Zaily [redacted] is that she is thorough, timely in communication and documentation, professional and organized This kind of working relationship is helpful to [redacted] Enterprises on a daily basis, as we strive to complete purchase orders/ jobs given by Havenbrook Homes in a timely mannerZaily brings a positive energy that helps create a successful working relationship

This company is just a Slum LordThey don't ever want to fix things in the house, but they expect their rent moneyThis past summer our A/C went out ( I live Atlanta), I asked for some screens in for my boys' room so they could at least get some air circulating in their room and of course I really needed the A/C fixed, but despite all of my calls.....HavenBrook still hasn't fixed our A/C unit HavenBrook still hasn't fixed or replaced my ovenThey still haven't fixed my dishwasher that has been broken for a year now, yetThey haven't fixed my kitchen cabinets that are falling apart, they haven't fixed the issues with my front door yet, eitherI'm still waiting for the company to come a fix my ceiling in my kitchen, I'm still waiting for this company to stop giving me the run around about what they're going to fixI'm tired of this company wanting their rent money, but can't come out and take care of their propertiesI'm not the exception when it comes to dealing with this company...I'm the rule and I'm highly upset that this company actually doesn't have a lower score on the Revdex.com, but that's okay, I'll keep coming here to give my review of this company until they do right by me and other tenantsI'll come here to give my negative review of this company every other month

I had a terrible experience with this company very dishonest They refused to return any of my security deposit although I left the house in excellent condition They refused to give me a move out inspection..I could not get any response from them..there is a great risk your personal information could be stolen my paperwork was mixed up with other tenants many times They do not value the tenant I am very disappointed with this company

I rented a two bedroom house from this company *** Lake Worth, FLWithin the first week we started having plumbing issues were the toilet leaked and poop started coming out of the bathtubA couple times a week we would have to clean poop out of the tubWe would call them multiple times a day to adress this issueThey kept claiming they were sending someone to fix it but it would take several weeks until someone came, when someone would come it was usually either at the wrong time or we were not told that they were coming and were not homeEven after several plumbers coming the problem kept happeningWe had poop overflow the toilet and our bathroom was covered in dryed up poopI had toilet water leak into my room and had to throw out a bunch of my stufff and sleep on the living room couch so I wasn't breathing it in while I sleptEvery single AC duct in the house had a leakWe had a colony of mice tooThere was also mold in my roommates' room which had been painted over by havenbrookMy roommate was unable to get out of bed and throwing up all day because of the conditions of the houseWe stopped paying rent and because the house was unsuitable for living and they tryed to evict us but we threatned to sue so they let us break the leaseDo not rent from this company they are the Flint Michigan of realty companiesOur house was a low income house and a former co-worker of mine also from low income rents from this company and has poop leaking out into his front lawn

If you rent from them you will regret it. I have gone to court with them twice already and I've only been living in the home 3 months. They are complete disorganized; from telling you they will take of simple paperwork issues, losing your rental checks (telling you they did not receive it), never making maintenance request and saying they did to having inoperable web services.

I have been trying to get a leak in the ceiling, sinks, weather stripping around the door and other minor things in the home fixed since September. I urge you to make arrangements to fix your finances and STOP renting (as I am doing). Get in a position to by your own home so that you don't have to answer to anyone. I hope this helps somebody make a wise decision and also hope that the Revdex.com reaches out to me to show that I am not making this up and so this company HavenBrook Homes are not allowed to keep taking people through unnecessary stress.
