Havens Dry Cleaning

Review: This business is dishonest and has lost several items of my family's clothing. I recently realized that one of the workers, Frank, has me confused with another customer with a similar last name. He kept calling me [redacted], and I am [redacted]. So he's given me a bunch of [redacted] linens and clothing which I returned. Just recently, I dropped off a brand new pair of red Nautica mens pants and a chambray ralph lauren men's shirt, they both disappeared. Before that, I dropped off about a dozen men's polo shirts and they all disappeared. I also brought a dress over for repair that was in for about a month. I went to pick it up for an event tonight and it was never repaired. They handed me the dress back without an apology. They never apologize for anything, they throw their employees under the bus when obviously they are not teaching them customer service skills. The owners are poor examples of business people and don't care about retaining loyal customers. The owners are discourteous, unprofessional and dishonest. They have no clue how to run a business. I've lost several hundereds of dollars of lost clothing over the past few months.Desired Settlement: I estimate that the pants, polo button down, and dozen golf polos to be at least $300.
