I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Previously we had a disagreement and through the Revdex.com [redacted] agreed to send me a dollar fuel that because his employees had lied to meWell month later and I still do not have the fuel cardI feel as if it should be a dollar fuel card now because that is twice his company has lied to medollar fuel card issued to me due to the the GM himself lying to a customer through the Revdex.com Regards, [redacted]

I am very sorry the customer feels that we did something to their vehicle that wasn't neededWe take pride in all of our work we perform hereI will be happy to refund this customer their money for not only the air filter but the oil change as wellThe only thing I ask is that they would give us ten minutes of their time to show them the air filter on another car like theirs as well as the induction system, in order for them to see how leaves and debris can make it to the air filter Thank you [redacted] GM

Mr*** was contacted yesterday by our Service Manager *** ***The two parties agreed that Terry VW Subaru would refund half of Mr*** repair cost due to the miscommunication and complete satisfaction with the service performed. Terry VW Subaru was not contacted by Mr***
prior to contacting the Revdex.com and we assured Mr*** that in the future, please know that issues such as these will be handled to the customers complete satisfactionIt is also important to note that the original complaint of the oil leak, was taken care of Our reputation is very important to us all here and hope that we my be able to regain Mr*** trust in our dealership for any future repairs Sincerely *** *** GM/VPTerry VW Subaru

Terry Incdoes not hold vehicles unless there is some form of money in handThe customer has shown details of most emails however has chosen to leave the one out that stated we could hold the vehicle with a $refundable deposit at the time of deliveryBased on this customers reaction in our
showroom cussing our employees and doing a burnout on our parking lot, I would like for this to serve as a written notice for this customer to never contact or visit Terry VW Subaru or any of its entitiesI hate that this situation happened however Terry VW Subaru owes this customer nothing Sincerely *** *** GM

I am sorry to here that the customer didn't like the factory features of the vehicle they purchased, and feels it was a bad experienceHowever, the issue about Terry VW Subaru misrepresenting the vehicle is not the case at allTerry does not have knowledge of true history of any vehicle unless we
owed it since it was newCarfax is only a guide and Carfax will tell you that they only have what is reported to themIt clearly states on the Carfax report that I pulled today that this info was reported on 7/26/Five weeks after the customer purchased the vehicle from usTerry does not guarantee trade values in any wayOddly enough the Dealership that acquired this car from this upset customer is asking $23,999, $more than we sold the customer the car forWe will not be paying anything towards this customers loss Thank you *** *** GMTerry VW Subaru

After reviewing all corresponding emails, I can not find any quotes of $What I do see is a quote from us of $50,000. We had since lowered the price further in an attempt to meet the customers needs to 49,000. I never like to have an upset customer leave out store confused

Dealership *** me over when financing was pre-approved, and the SUV could have been bought the day it was agreed upon.I ended up using the SAME financing, and bought a similar SUV in *** *** ***One payment, drove off the lot the same dayNo issues at all.-----------------------------------------Paperwork was smooth At *** *** in ***, ** and they even got my payments exactly where they needed to be, included a extended warranty, and was OUTSTANDING to deal with.Multiple dealership awards dating back years on an annual basis, CLEARLY indicates that *** ***, knows EXACTLY how to handle sales transactions, and sell cars.I was greeted at the door, offered SUV's, handed the keys to the one I wanted, took a OUTSTANDING test drive, got exactly the price, and financing I wantedI could not ask for more outstanding service from *** *** in ***, **.The SUV I purchased also had ALL maintenance records from day 1, with ALL service being done at *** dealershipsVery unusual indeed.It was one year Newer than the one Terry was offering, and had 10,LESS miles on it.------------------------------------------It is unacceptable for this local dealership to treat customers like thisThey got what they deserved, a good cussing out, in front of customers at two places of business.I STILL expect a $payment for their poor behaviorThis is a violation of Dealer ethics and will NOT be tolerated.I do NOT put deposits on deals, and when the deal is agreed on, in writing, I do NOT expect the dealership to sell the SUV out from underneath me.Based on this even, and prior car purchases from Terry, I will NOT be recommending this dealership to ANYONE in the future.

Terry VW & Subaru Manager said they would take care of "some" of my concerns. I responded to Mr. [redacted] at their Clearance Center who is monitoring the progress, that I wanted all of my concerns remedied.Now as of today, they are still working on the Kia, replacing the bumper cover, which would also need to be color matched and painted.
In my journey here, my new insurance company. [redacted], who is much more professional than the last, [redacted], got the information about the Kia being in an unreported accident from the Nexis Plexus system, accessible to Insurance Agents.It possibly would not have been reported to Carfax until it was resolved, and was still open. It may not be reported at all. It would be my suggestion that anyone buying a Used car, take the VIN Number of the Used Car you are interested in, to your Insurance Agent. It matters to the Insurance Agent whether the car being insured has damage to it or not. This takes additional time, and the Auto Dealer may need to agree to hold the vehicle until you get any information available to the Insurance Agent.Due to time restrictions of reporting back to the Revdex.com within 30 days, all I can say at this point is that Terry VW & Subaru appear to be fulfilling my wishes and I should be a satisfied customer when all is done.I have not test driven the car to date.

There we several attempts made to repair the inner fender liner from being pulled loose. We were unable to determine why this kept happening. The rattle from the rear of the care was determined to be the customers jumper cables rattling. As a result of not being able to rebuild the customers...

Terry VW Subaru is currently working on some of the customers concerns with this car. we are confident that the customer will be satisfied with his concerns upon completion of service work being performed. Just an FYI the Carfax is clean on this car now as well as when the car was sold. We are not...

and have never said that the car was never in an accident because we haven't owed it since it was new. However we use the largest history reporting tool to provide our customer with the exact same info we look at when acquiring cars. Previously we had a disagreement and through the Revdex.com [redacted] agreed to send me a 100 dollar fuel that because his employees had lied to me. Well 1 month later and I still do not have the fuel card. I feel as if it should be a 200 dollar fuel card now because that is twice his company has lied to me.200 dollar fuel card issued to me due to the the GM himself lying to a customer through the Revdex.com.
