HAVOC Fashion

I purchased an item from HAVOC Fashions that turned out to be fake/not authentic. The owner did not stand by the item and refused to refund it well within the time allowed for fraud. I took the shop to small claims and the court ruled in the shops favor because I did not have a receipt! It is truly up to the consumer to protect themselves at this shop by documenting every transaction whether selling or buying. I want people to know they must demand a receipt from this business and ask for authentication of items before purchasing 100% of the time. Question everything sold in this store...if its fake they don't refund your money.
