Paid for a belt to be fixed on my car and the wrong belt was fixedI used this shop multiple times for an oil change, each time they have told me about my serpentine belt. Went back for my inspection, had to fix the belt to pass inspection. Only to find out they replaced the power steering belt instead. Was told by the cashier "maybe you thought they said serpentine belt and they really said something else" went back with my receipt showing I purchased a serpentine belt and repair, and was told that they cant give me a "free belt" and if I want the belt fixed I needed to re-pay for it.Desired SettlementI would like my car to be fixed they way it was supposed to have been fixed the first time. Business Response Ms [redacted] was contacted by the owner and was asked to bring her vehicle back and the belt would be replaced at no charge. Consumer Response I just received a call from the sister company and they say they will fix the problem. Thank you
