I'd rate these guys highly for installation work. The Fujitsu units they install may be reasonable quality, although the split system units are apparently made in China. Prior to hiring this company I asked the owner how he rated with Revdex.com? His response was 'I've never been asked that before.' A couple of issues involve the tedious process of getting the required license permit. This is reportedly a new development; the owner however did not encourage this. The install was done without it, due to the place being new and a schedule for moving in attempt at compliance with install. Two attempts made to get that, both unsuccessful. Another issue arose recently regarding a service trip by a technician. One of the units had reduced cooling even though the filters have been kept clean. This system is only a few months beyond a year and the warranty reportedly good for only a year. The tech arrived and immediately diagnosed the problem, but said he was not able to do the job at that time. Seems these things have a spinning roller that must also be kept clean, this is not easily done or inexpensive. The company sent out a service call billing for $100 plus dollars nevertheless. I frankly had a problem with that based on the circumstance, even considering this a borderline unethical business practice. The company apparently doesn't like to do this kind of work and never offered a quote on getting this work done, or applying the 'discovery' charge to the actual job of cleaning the unit. For this reason, I'd be wary hiring these guys.
