I am writing in reference to complaint ID number [redacted] This particular person came into our business location inquiring about a product we normally carry.We were currently out [redacted] at the timeIf customers ask for certain products, we make a note of the request and ensure this request is covered during our next order of shipmentHowever,if a customer pays for the specific item, in his case, the [redacted] Apnea DAC carbon fins,then the process is expeditedCustomer did not pay in advance and I have no obligation to expedite any orders unless the product is paid in full prior to shipment.The other issue is that the complaint claims our online prices is cheaper than in store pricesThis is trueAll our internet prices for our inventory is priced cheaper due to low overhead cost of maintaining our site and transparent competitionWe do not offer online prices to customers who wish to purchase items in store.This customer received his product after he paid in full, Additionally we offered him a 10% discount, free T-shirt and [redacted] stickers If you have any additional questions please feel free to contact me at [redacted] or [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:As the complaint clearly states the resolution I am looking for is my last name put on the fins During my second attempt to order the fins, 6/19/15, I stated my intent to have my last name put on the fins When I received the call to pick up my fins I was told my name was on the fins Upon receiving the fins I was told they did not in fact do this Again the company was notified of this error on 7/10/which they responded that they would correctAttached is the email string conversation I had with MrB [redacted] in which we discuss my concerns The money portion is not a big concern to me The overcharging on the state GET is what is disconcerting to me as a consumer Sincerely, [redacted]
