Sheila, an employee of Hawaii Detectives, contact telephone 808-864-9868. On 2/5/19 towed vehicle from my private property. She deliberate set of the vehicle alarm off and (without permission) she removed personal property from the vehicle proceeded to throw items onto the pavement. Also, bystanders observed her yelling and displayed hostile behavior. She arrived at my private property via another tow truck that had dropped her off. The tow truck was filled with multiple vehicles and did not have space for another vehicle. Shelia drove off the property with the vehicle and the vehicle was not towed.

I am in receipt of the complaint submitted by *** of February 5, 2019Firstly, I will address some facts surrounding the incident that ***, deliberatelyomitted in her complaint.
1. That she was not at the scene to witness the event because she was in Washington
2. That she is not held responsible to the account between the Bank of Hawaii and Mr.
*** (her adult son).
3. That the vehicle parking area fronting the scene (***) is an open parkinglot. Only the *** apartment complex is secured.
4. That her entire statement is based on limited information provided to her from her son, in hisattempt to explain why his vehicle was repossessed.
My position in this regard is guarded, and extremely limited to the amount of information I'm allowed todisclose in this personal matter.
What I can relay, is that, my firm did not bill, either *** or ***, for towingcharges or services rendered. The towing charges are billed to (and paid by) Hawaii Detectives. Aformal statement of charges and fees are later sent to the client (Bank of Hawaii).
If Bank of Hawaii, assessed the aforementioned charges and fees to the borrower, in this case, it wouldbe a matter better discussed with them.
In the matter of a refund: the tow charges totaled $293.43 (including taxes) and I don't believe that thisamount or the total sum of $700.00 described was paid by the complainant, which would be "inaddition" to an account balance payoff or bringing the matter current.
Asking for a refund that was not Initially paid seems a bit dishonest.
***'s remark regarding attending a class in socialization to someone she has nevermet was uncalled for, degrading and inappropriate and should have been edited by your office.
"Sheila", conducted herself in a highly professional manner in this matter where she and I dispute thiscomplaint in it's entirety. We, therefore, have no intention of extending a "good faith effort to resolve"this unfounded and frivolous complaint.
