We are concerned about the issues with Ms***The first time we were made aware of the issue was at the beginning of October (weeks ago)We are addressing the situation as I type thisIt is premature to speculate on what the issue is at the home and we hope to remedy the situation soonWe
have been in contact with the customer each and every time they have reached out and will continue to be available for communicationIf the situation was ongoing for a year, we wish this was brought to our attention sooner so we could've taken necessary steps as soon as a problem was noticed

After inspecting the house and PV system it was determined that the system is and has been working perfectly fineThere was nothing wrong with the system at allIt seems the high electric bills were from an increase in the household and electricity usageWe've offered to help consult with her and the family on different ways to reduce usage to help bring down their bill with the utilityWe have been and continue to be responsive to the customer and hope they accept our offer to help them find ways to be more energy efficient
