issue. We are not a battery repair shop, which you were aware of. Additionally, you have a warranty through [redacted], not us. After working on the battery for approximately 4 hours (took battery apart, tested the cells, tested the fuse, replaced the fuse that was indeed defective, and verified that electricity was flowing through unit,), we called you to bring the bike in to test it. However, you decided to just come pick up the battery. At that time, you paid a total of $75.  At the end of February, you asked us to refund you the full $75 amount because the battery was still not working. However, due to the labor that was put in to test and attempt to fix the battery, we agreed to refund you $35- you were fine with this.
