Went there for the first time to replace the muffler on my truck. They talked me into replacing some of the exhaust pipe before the muffler as well and since the service my truck has been hesitating, backfiring and stumbling at timeGot underneath to look and my Osensor was completely removedWhen I called them back, they said they would charge $to put a bung in so I could put a new Osensor in and that I would have to buy a new sensor
Bottomline, I went in with a running, albeit a somewhat noisy truck, and now I am left with a truck that has issues running and they want more money to fix what they messed up

Dear Mr. [redacted],

Subject: Revdex.com
Case # [redacted]
Account # [redacted] ([redacted])
This letter responds to your Revdex.com...

complaint case [redacted] filed on March 17, 2014 regarding the accuracy of the bills, fluctuation of monthly bills and not showing any change before the solar electric system was installed and after.
The Company and Mr. [redacted] discussed his concerns on a prior complaint, regarding the difference between the billing charges for residential NEM and comparing it to the kWh production on his monthly solar electric system.
Due to variables outside of our control, which includes monthly home consumption fluctuations, photovoltaic system size and weather, it is difficult for the Company to confidently predict nor explain net energy metered customers net consumption without knowing the customer's kWh solar electric production and the household kWh consumption. Further, the customer's actual energy use and daily load profile are unforeseeable such that we could not assure Mr. [redacted] or any customer on net energy metering, any such savings on a monthly basis. According to the 12 month billing history Mr. [redacted]'s annual net consumption appears to follow typical customers' monthly with solar electric systems on net energy metering. The minimum bills occur during the period which the solar electric system produces more kWh based on peak sunlight months and better weather patterns. Mr. [redacted] experienced 8 months of minimum bills in the previous 12 months. During the winter months, sunlight hours are shortened reducing the kWh production from his solar electric system and household consumption increases due to seasonal use.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me at [redacted].
Sincerely,
David [redacted]

Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 10, 2014/04/08) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I understand that this is the typical stuff that you say to folks who dont understand or dont know anything about solar. Just for your recollection, when I asked about this the first time and brought up the fact that my bill had changed a total of 800 dollars. Your response was that there was more sun this month. I can see small changes due to weather because I can see all of this on my solar production output. I can also remind you that everyone one you guys sent out agrees that it is strange that it goes up when I complain and go back down after I complain again. With my first meter I also turned off all my breakers minimizing my usage and while on peak solar production my meter never went backwards. That is how I knew it was not working but you guys say that it was working. I also want to point out that while I was getting credit, I since have turned off four water pumps that were running 24/7. Thus all I notice is that my bill is going higher. I have also reduced the size of occupants in the house from 5 to 1 and have no one in the house for almost 3 months. With all this you can't possibly tell me that it is normal while knowing anything about electricity. I will contact you in a couple of weeks when I get back.

Local Paving contracted to pave my laneway and install interlock pavers surrounding. As well, did interlock pathway and flowerbed.

Outstanding quality, great price, done on time.

Mario followed up to ensure all done right.

Highly recommend this business.
