Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I was told by my employer to call Daniel myself to set up a date and time to do a remote access transfer of files like all the other employees the day after I was unable to access my email account- when I called Daniel, his phone was no longer in service My boss' exact words were "I fired him" So, if Daniel thinks he provides quality service to our company, then he is misinformed and my boss most likely doesn't want a confrontational situation I thought that a reasonable cost of $50-100.00$ for my e mails/contacts etcfrom the last years would be a possibility, but I cannot afford $nor do I feel it is warran [redacted] that I pay that much for the information I was told that Daniel was to include me in the transfer of files and for whatever reason Daniel chose not to contact me This has been detrimental to my working conditions, business relationships and a severe added stress to my everyday work I have sent Daniel an e mail and informed him that I will be taking him to small claims court if he does not handle this in a FAIR and professional manner- I have several other complaints that I will also address if this is not dealt with this week- everyday that passes is the potential for me to lose the faith of my customers Sincerely, [redacted] ***

I have previously communicated with Mr***We had an agreement which I have kept to the best of my ability I have had some extenuating circumstances over the past couple years that became increasingly difficult I will continue to honor my agreement as best I am able

As sta***, Ms [redacted] is not a clientHer employer is a client and I have spoken with the company president (***) who is equally surprised by this complaint as meHe sta [redacted] that he is very satisfied by my services.Additionally, as of 09/01/the company has move to a different vendor so I am no longer responsible for their email system

All I cared about was getting a computer person to help me select a system for my home I paid for his maint service also ($2000) When he sold me the system - it dragged and felt a lot slower I brought in my friend and he proved to me that my old system was a lot faster When I challenged him, he gave me a lot of run around answers I showed him the test in front of him He did replace the system - but everything that he did - I needed to bring my friend in after to checkPlus he always was grumbling about his customers Very unprofessional I just stopped using him and said goodbye to $ It wasn't worth the stress

*** has repaid $in about three years; that just does not suffice at an average of $a year with about $to goSince he originally took our funds to buy equipment for us and then used the $ for other purposes, I would think *** would take extra pains to repay us and restore his nameAt my age (75) and his current rate of repayment, I doubt I'd be around to receive what he owesAloha
