Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Sincerely, [redacted] Hi ..Sorry for the untimely response First, I did not received any letter as of yet from HMSA which in turn they say it was mailed April 10, Today is April 14th.I have spoken with someone at HMSA (sorry I don't have his name on hand at the moment) according to him HMSA will waive my January payment and I willreceive a statement for my DENTAL reflecting the current amount owed for MAY ...Until that time, I wish to keep this complaint open till I am sure the problem with HMSA has been totally resolved and I am satisfied with the results.Thank You [redacted]

that her enrollment
forms were processed Ms*** should receive her HMSA ID cards the week of February 17, 2015. We sincerely apologize for the extended wait times she experienced We are currently experiencing high call volumes due to
