her and her friend came in for pedicure servicesThey had with them an old brochure with old pricing in itOnce they arrived and stated they wanted our Summer Pedicure, which in the old brochure stated it came with paraffin , we explained to them on our new menu (which we showed to them) we no longer included the paraffin wax with that particular pedicure and it would be an acharge of $for the paraffinWhich they both seemed to clearly understand and agreed for us to continue with the Summer pedicure with the aof paraffin waxThe services were performed and they expressed how pleased they were with the results until we started to check them outThey didnt want to pay for the aparaffin wax and quickly started to express how displeased they were and accusing us of advertisement and kept showing us the old brochure they had ,where we once again showed them our new pricing menu and reminded them we told them about the change before we started the servicesWe felt as though we were in the right and continued to stand by our new pricesThey paid what we asked , they told us they were not going to come back and how displeased with us they were, and they left. We take great pride in our internet ratings as being a fair, clean , and reputable salon in the St Louis area but unfortunately we cannot please everyone We are sorry if they had a bad experience and/or were confused to our new pricing listWe tried to make sure they knew about it before hand and were under the impression they completely understood before we started the serviceAs far as their request for a refund, we are declining thatWe feel that we gave them exactly what they wanted , they received a, great service that we took lots of time on, we explained pricing and expectations before the service, and made sure they loved what they received afterward which they expressed they loved until it was time to check out.
