*** *** *** ** *** CONCERNING MY COMPLAINT # *** STATE OF HAWAII with *** *** Greetings, *** *** of Hawaii Revdex.com asked that I forward emails of Chad G*** aka Thomas ** G*** and his Hawaii Property Development Realty, LLC harassing me. He has contacted me after midnight, on Sundays, and sent these kinds of emails as well as daring to show up at my divorce case to get me to sign off on my real property to which I never consented for him to list, show, or sell. Read below my response to MrG*** and his initial email asking me to turn on or pay electricty on the same house of which I never consented for him to be listing. He insists I pay my ex-husbands bill and in my next forward to you which I need to be shown to *** *** here in Hawai'i I will forward the email about AoAo association fees he harassed me and if needed his email from the buyers as he didn't just go from listing stage without my permission he went to showing and putting this property in Escrow with *** *** and Julie D***, VP without my permission as I am on title and mortgage and part permission does not validate this kind of business practice. Who shows up to someone's divorce case to fix a wrong upon multiple wrongs that have been done by trying to continue a close on non-permissive sale? Sincerely, *** *** *** *** *** ***

*** *** *** *** MrG***, This letter serves to notify you that I am opposed to the selling of my real property. As such, I have already informed the Buyer's agent, *** *** regarding same I do not appreciate you contacting me at all hours of the night, nor on a Sunday. Further, I will not be turning on the electricity for the property in order for you to coordinate the showing of the property to the buyers as you have previously stated to me that they have already inspected the premises a while ago. This constitutes harassment on your part, as this matter is in dispute in our divorce proceedings and you have already been informed regarding this I am informing you that you are not to contact me Sincerely, *** *** On August at 11:34, chad g*** wrote: Aloha ***, The Buyers would like to do their home inspection on Friday Aug Do you or your Attorney have any questions on the Purchase Contract? The Buyers would like to see that it has been signed before they move forward with the inspection also we need to have power on for the inspection and currently the property has no electric due to non paymentPlease let me know if you are willing to sign the Purchase contract and allow the deal to move forward so the property can close on timeThe scheduled closing date is Sept 1, Once you sign and the deal moves forward *** *** title and escrow will send the file to Maui for you to sign off and obtain copies of all documents pertinent to the sale of the propertyThank you and I look forward to hearing back from you regarding this urgent matter Mahalo, Chad G*** (R) (PB) ***

Aloha [redacted],I just received this complaint from my agent apparently you have been sending it to her email and she deleted it not knowing what is was. My email is [redacted] not the one you have been sending it to. The complaint filed against me is not true at all, The subject property is...

being sold as a Short Sale meaning the bank is willing to accept a lower amount than what is currently owed on the property. Mr [redacted] contacted me to sell his property and did say he was the only one on [redacted] and the loan. I did have the escrow company do a [redacted] search and discovered that Mrs [redacted] was on [redacted] and not on the loan so at that time the Buyers were made aware of the situation and they agreed to wait and see if we could make contact with Mrs [redacted] and see if she would be willing to sign the contract. Around the same time she did call me and say that she was on [redacted] and asked me to send the contract to her so she could review it and said she would think about signing it. I never heard back from her again, a few weeks later I did reach out to her via e mail and did ask if she had any questions regarding the contract and if she would be willing to sign to allow the deal to move forward. This process is not to try and defraud or harm Mrs [redacted] in any way at all the subject property was protected in Bankruptcy first so the bank could not move forward with foreclosure until the Bankruptcy was lifted. Mr [redacted] did in fact cancel his Bankruptcy to be able to work with the Bank to get this matter resolved. We do have the banks approval and could not move forward with the sale until Mrs [redacted] is willing to sign the contract to allow the Buyers to move forward with their financing. The is no financial gain in this property the bank is owed more than what the property is worth. As of August 28, 2015 the court did order Mrs [redacted] to sign the contract and allow the property to move forward. Again this property is a short sale with no money to be made off the sale only Mr [redacted] will be taking the loss since he is on the loan and Mrs [redacted] is on [redacted] only. Mr and Mrs [redacted] are going through a divorce so I am not sure as to the reason of her not wanting to sign to allow the bank to be able to move forward but now that the courts have allowed the deal to move forward I hope this will put an end to this process.Mahalo,Chad G[redacted] (R)
