In total that would be $over my shipping budget." aThe calls came in back to back and within an hour, your calls were returned.bThe estimated weight for your shipment was merely an estimateAs stated on your initial invoiceYour initial invoice stated: "This letter is to acknowledge and agree that Hawaii Shippers, Corp will forward the final weight determination at the time of weigh-inThe following items have been approved by both Hawaii Shippers, Corp & respected members;IFollowing the final weight determination, Hawaii Shippers, Corp will:aForward a copy of the final weight determination to *** Stiglic for her review.bDepending on the weight being over (or) under the initial invoiced amount;If the weight is less than the amount billed, issue a refund no later than days following the notice from shipping line.If the weight is more than the amount billed, send an invoice to *** Stiglic via email:***, requesting the remaining balance to be paid no later than days after the weight determination has been madeWhile were improving our website and agreements all the time, take note that we want to offer the highest level of customer service for Hawaii & their respective residents."Lastly, the docusign agreement that was sent on 3/30/2015, was executed days passed the date receivedThe document date of execution was 4/6/We were unable to send out your items due to the following reasons. aYou agreed to the initial invoice, however, began to dispute the final weight determination.bThe docusign (final weight certificate, issued by a certified scale) that was sent out to you following the weigh in at the port, was in dispute and you failed to complete on 3/and 3/The first ship departed on 4/5/2015.cMoreover, at the same time the docusign document for the final weight approval was being executed, you stated that your email was hacked and not to send you any further emailsThis raised a huge concern because now you are stating that the docusign agreement can not be legitimized due to your email account being compromised. Yet again, this poses another large concern for our company. dNow that we cannot legitimize your identity, our merchant, and any other agreements that would be considered binding in the moving industry are null and void. eIf you would like for us to proceedWe need a new docusign sent in, we reserve the right to refuse any credit card payments moving forward due to the major concerns stated above.
