First of all In November 2014, I was in Las Vegas and my wife had a heart attack and was in ICU in Las Vegas while on **cation and we did not get home to Hawaii until 11/21/My wife was so ill and when we received our held mail we saw a letter from *** *** *** saying we owed $and it said it was sent in by Hawaii Skin Cancer CenterSince my wife was ill, we waited until Dec to write both *** *** and Hawaii Skin Cancer CenterMy certified mail was never AWNSERED!!!! You ignored my letter from Dec 10, I sent letters to *** *** and NEVER called ththat is a lieThe letter stated you had to dispute it in writing with in days
Now I printed out a copy of my credit report on 12/30/and it shows that *** *** *** placed an inquiry on 11/20/and Experian reports that it will stay on my credit report for yearsThis is a negative item that will affect me in getting credit cards or a loan if neededThe minute you turned this over they reported this to the credit bureau
Now this is all your companies fault and if you would have credited my account correctly & in time this would have never happenedI have checked with ** in Honolulu & also payment center in Austin Texas who records show you were paid on 7/7/and that is months prior to when you sent us to collections!!!!! This is plenty of time for you to have done your accounts
I am now in the process of filing for a small claims lawsuit for the damage done to my good credit!!! I am a senior citizen and have had good credit all my life and have never had this happen before until you took over for *** knew ** took about months to pay!
I have a copy of the credit inquiry and will show a judge thisAlso under The Federal Fair Credit Reporting Act, you must have a signed release from me to attack my credit report and I never signed anything like thatI am going to sue both Hawaii Skin Cancer Ctrand *** *** *** - because but for your actions this would never have happened!!! You never sent me a courtesy or notice that there was any outstanding balance due and one simple phone call to ** could have been made by your staff to fix your books and avoid sending this to collections! Also per the *** ***, you are not allowed to attack the Veteran in anywayYou did that and I will write my Senator about this!
In conclusion, I am going to sue Hawaii Skin Cancer Center for wrongfully turning my acctinto collections which attacked my credit report on 11/20/See you in small claims court! *** *** * *** ***
