In Sept I pre registered my son for football in Kailua. By October, season started and i9 had NO coach for the team. We withdrew our son, and called for a refund. [redacted] from i9 apologized for no coach and assured us we'd get a refund. 2 weeks later we received No refund. Called Ms. [redacted] and then told us we got no refund because we didn't fill out refund form. She said shed have to e mail us. We received no e mail for 2 more weeks. I called and left numerous phone calls with no return call. I finally emailed expressing my deep disappointment about no sending of refund form. By Mid October I finally talked toMs. [redacted], and she sent me the refund form. I scanned the fax back to Ms. [redacted] that same day 10/26/12. She emailed me a confirmation that she got the fax and that we'd be getting our refund ASAP. It is now 11/16 and we have received no refund! The financial hardship this has caused for us and our 4 children is frustrating. We've had to sacrifice opportunities for our other children because we've fronted the $140 charged to us by i9. Please help us. I've had no success in getting our family's refund for 2 months now.Truly,[redacted]
