I receive an automatic deposit for my paycheck and I got a stub not a check....so where's my money? She took my I.d. and "went to check." Came back and was told to have a seat. Told her no that I want my money. She left.... [redacted], teller.
Told by, blonde lady w/curls, [redacted], branch manager that she would call the cops on me. I told her that's fine it would make it easier for me to update my complaint against HSFCU. Asked for something in writing from HSFCU stating that the savings accounts were closed. [redacted] went to "see what they want to give me." Waited over 15 min on my lunch break. [redacted] returned and refused to give me something in writing on HSFCU letterhead.
So basically told by HSFCU paycheck not received/returned and Savings accounts (regular and green bucks) were closed.
