The company rep thoroughly inspected the premises -- she asked questions pointing out and explaining things as we talked. She treated me with the utmost respect. She wrote a detailed estimate--which explained what was to be done and how. We set a date. The workmen arrived and did the job in an efficient and timely manner. The whole experience was EXCELLENT -- thank you very much.
Everyone at Chimney USA, I had contact with, was very friendly & professional. They did a great job rebuilding my chimney, connecting everything to the new liner & cleaning up after themselves. I was very pleased with the job they did.

Hi, my name is [redacted], my chimney have been damage over the years of non cleaning and never had a liner sleeve with chimney cap. I called Chimney USA and the responded in a timely manner with very good information of what needed to be done on my chimney. I had several other companies come and look at my chimney, but USA Chimney informed me what best need for my chimney. The quote was reasonable and we set-up a date to come . They was on my property early in the morning and put in a new stainless steel down the boiler. They open up brick wall and reseal wall after the job is completed and tuck point . I was informed the need to a yearly sweep and required inspection in order for my chimney to stay in good conditions. I'm pleased with there professionalism and prompted service and would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs chimney work done.
I have used Chimney USA several times, Twice to clean gutters for a two-story brick bungalow, and also to tuck point, clean and install a chimney hood. The owner, Mryna, is a pleasure to work with, very professional, prompt and courteous. The workmen are also professional, prompt and courteous.

The chimney had to be rebuild from the roof top and new liner to be installed. Everything was explained very well before quoting a fair price. The work was done very professional and to our full satisfaction. Even though the actual work turned out to be more than expected due to the old structure, Chimney USA stayed behind their quote without extra charge. I would definately recommend them!
Chimney USA is very professional and courteous. Just be prepared to wait if the weather is bad. Since chimney work I had done requires no rain or snow or dew with temps well above freezing I had to wait because we made the contract in winter. Once the work was done I very very satisfied.
Mirna and her team did an excellent job on rebuilding a chimney and installing a new liner for my investment property. They were able to get the job done in only 2 days, working even when the sun came down so that they could complete the work on time and before the weather turned bad. They were also one of the lowest bids I received out of three other contractors. Mention that you found them on Angie's list and you will get a discount! Mirna gave a detailed explanation about installation of a chimney liner. Arturo and Jacob installed the liner in less than 3 hours. Unclogged my gutter at no extra charge.
Jacob and Arturo came back in a couple of weeks to caulk around the old electrical connection and repair the flashing on the front porch, again no extra charge.
