technical issue of [redacted] company.I reviewed customer's complaint detail.This is the fact that I understand.Customer bought 2 rings at the date of 7/22/2015 from our Hawaii Tradition Gold store. And the ring design was fixed because of discrepancy. Now, the problem is the ring was warped so customer want to repair. And the other issue is the customer tried to contact us but nobody answer the phone. Am I clear?I don't have any idea what happens on that ring or what the current shape is with only the word of 'warped' without pictures. Thoseare very tiny rings (theone is 2mm and the other is 3mm width). So it is very easy to warp. I just guess that might happen during shipping process, during wearing it, or how to take care of.Anyway, REGARDLESS WHAT HAPPEN OR WHOSE FAULT, our handmade product is always guaranteed to be repair at any time with free of charge. We only charge for shippingand materialcost in case we need more gold to repair.Please pass our sincere sorry of heart to the customer, and let her know our courtesy program will cover the ring to be repair with free of charge including shipping cost to customer.Just simply send it to us or feel freely contact us directly through the phone or email.
