This flood happened only on Monday the 1/25/during that time the carpet company [redacted] , who we have used for the past years and have extracted numerous floods at our property, did the extraction at the complaining resident home on 1/25/at around 3:The carpet company extracted all the water used an antimicrobial and a deodorizer on the carpet also used a fan to dry any remaining moisture on the carpetThe company will come back and put back any carpet that needs to be put back down and replace any pad that needs to be replaced, also do a moisture check to make sure the levels are normalThe drywall will be replaced by Friday 1/29/if we find that all the walls are dry also we will spray kills inside the walls to kill any problem that can ariseThe maintenance staff that we have at our property are not drug addicts or are intoxicated at any time we do drug testing with our employeesIf any resident at our property is not happy with the way that we handle the work orders or any problem that might occur I always suggests that they find another place to live that would make their life and living conditions a happy and more comfortable experienceI have a large amount of long term residents that have lived at our complex and enjoy their experience with usI do find it [redacted] ly interesting that the complaining resident is more concerned with a flood that just happened and is being handled and not so much for her housekeeping, according to the maintenance staff their apartment is very dirty, and the carpet is [redacted] ly stained and dirty, trash all over along with a very strong smell of weed

"The lenders of the property wanted to have all of the breaker boxes replace along with GFI put in the kitchen area for safety reasonThe City Inspector had to come back in and inspect the work that was doneAll the residents were given more than a hour notice and this is the only resident that has complained out of unitsThe work has been completed and inspected so this resident should not have any other problems

Revdex.com:The response to my complaint was dishonest that were we given hours notice of this inspection, all tenants in this building can attest to thisIt is also untrue that there have been no other complaints, my neighbors in had to call the police due to maintenance personnel entering their apartment without noticeHowever, as long as the surprise inspections end, I am willing to let this go

Resident has been found numerous times with mail trash on the ground in the mail box areaThe mail found on the ground has the residents address on it and can only come from her mail boxShe has no charges at the moment and she has yet to
come into the office to talk about this issueThis type of disregard for the property and the community causes uncitely and unsafe damage around the mail box areaLittering is also a crimeWe can resolve this issue if the resident comes into the office and talks to the manager

is the only resident that has complained out of 576 units. The work has been completed and inspected so this resident should not have any other problems.
